Delivery information:

Our online store delivers orders throughout EUROPE. At this point, shipping outside Europe is not available. 

We dispatch all orders directly from our warehouse in SPAIN. Therefore, all orders to be send outside SPAIN are international orders. 

All orders are sent via prestigious transport agents like UPS, Corroes, Correos Express, SEUR, etc.) and wherever it is possible (depending on each destination) we let you choose the courier of our choice. 

Once the order left our warehouse, you will receive an email from our processing team (or from the Courier). Within this email will be a link to your tracking information. This information is also available in the My Orders section of your kowloonsports  account.

We dispatch from Monday – Friday within 48h of order clearances.  Courier deliveries are Monday - Friday.

Shipping costs (VAT incl.):

Delivery within Spain: The shipping fee is 3,99€. Standard delivery is FREE for orders 30€ and over. 

Delivery to destinations in Europe: Standard delivery is 6,99€.  Standard delivery is FREE for orders 70€ and over. 

Express options are available depending on destinations.

CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL IMPORT CHARGES

Please note that there are no import/export duties applicable on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to European Union countries already have the relevant VAT included automatically on our website.

Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are payable by you, the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

OTHER SHIPPING NOTES:

Orders placed (Monday to Friday) will ship within the next two business days. 

Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the couriers fee.

If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly. We will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.ie, the customer will have to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their cost.

Delivery time:

Using Standard Shipping, ordered goods usually arrive between 3-7 working days for most of the European destinations. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Express shipping is available for most of the destinations. 

Articles out of stock are marked as such within the product page in the shop. You are still able to buy them and you will receive information concerning delivery as soon as they become available.
